The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine refuses to carry out a series of orders of the Minister of Defense Andrei Taran and disputes them in court. According to the court registers, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ruslan Khomchak, Chief of the General Staff Sergei Korniychuk and Commander of the Air Force Sergei Drozdov sued Defense Minister Andrei Taran.
At the same time, based on the materials of Andeiy Taran, the SBI opened a series of criminal cases against the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As part of the production, they are investigating the commercial activities of military aviation and state purchases worth billions of hryvnias, which, according to the Ministry of Defense, bear signs of corruption. In addition, we are talking about the use of military aircraft for commercial purposes.
