A pre-trial investigation into the illegal seizure of budget funds during the construction of military barracks in the Odessa region has been completed.

Officials of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in collusion with representatives of the contractor, organized the reception of forged documents with inflated volumes of work performed on the construction of barracks in the Limansky district. More than 11 million hrn were allocated from the budget.
