For a thousand dollars, the head of one of the departments of the Kryvoi Rog district territorial recruitment and social support center promised to get conscripts out of military service.

The conscription campaign in Ukraine started on October 1. The total amount of expenses is to reach 71.1 million UAH. In total, the Armed Forces and the National Guard, as well as the State Border Service plan to call about 13.5 thousand conscripts.
